Yogliptin is a drug used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and belongs to the category of xanthine DPP-4 inhibitors. It exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting the activity of DPP-4 and possesses highly efficient DPP-4 inhibitory ability and good tolerability. However, further clinical studies are needed to confirm its long-term effectiveness and safety.
