What Documents Are Required for Caffeine Export Permission Application?
As per the Chinese NMPA indication, you can start the application for Caffeine Export Permission with the following documents:
For clients with Caffeine Import Permission:
1. S/C with duly signature, name, position and stamp( if stamp is available).
2. Caffeine Import Permission issued by the local relevant authority, original Import Permission sent to manufacturer. (you should pay for relevant charges at your end)
For clients without Caffeine Import Permission:
1. S/C with duly signature, name, position and stamp( if stamp is available).
2. Guarantee Letter issued by the client with duly signature, name, position, and stamp( if stamp is available), showing S/C No.& Date, Product Name, Quantity, and Manufacturer., etc.

3. The Guarantee Letter and Company license shall be notarized by the local notary office and then authenticated by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the local. and the manufacturer colorful Copy only. (you should pay for relevant charges at your end)
4. In case the authentication service is not available in the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a statement is required with the other application documents, showing the situation and certifying that the authenticated Guarantee Letter would be submitted immediately once the authentication service is back to normal and issued by Manufacturer.
